Cabo's Mexican Grill - London

While passing through London, KY on our way to the Smoky Mountains, we stumbled upon a fantastic lunch spot! Conveniently located just off the highway, it features delightful outdoor seating, prompt service, and delicious food!

The food and service were outstanding! The building looks new and modern, and the layout was well designed, keeping noise levels to a minimum. This was my first visit, but I will certainly be back. I highly recommend this place, especially when the other restaurants have long wait times— that's how we discovered this gem. A big thank you to the staff!

I knew I was going to love this place as soon as I walked in and caught a whiff of Fabuloso in the foyer, even though it was just 10 minutes before closing on a Tuesday night. The staff urged me to dine in, but I hesitated, saying I didn’t want to keep them late and would just order takeout. However, the manager insisted that I stay if I wanted to and told me to relax. In that moment, I felt a wave of emotion, realizing that there are truly good people running restaurants. The place was impeccably clean, and the windows sparkled. The seafood fajitas were exceptional, and I even noticed the staff dancing a little between their tasks at 10:30 at night. There was a joyful atmosphere all around, and I absolutely loved it. I'll definitely be back!

Does this looks fresh? This restaurant have high reviews but it?s out of 4.2 stars standards.... Chips looks ok but chicken soup and guacamole are terrible... guacamole is not fresh at all, carrots is not cooked, taste is average.... EDIT: They served soup with small spoon... I was told few times to bring me real spoon and she get me everytime small spoon... i leave my meal and when im check out they ask me is everything was ok, i said no and explained them what was issue. They just listen me and they didn?t say anything, couse obviously they don?t care.... After I arrived home i need to go to toalet couse i have diarea. im expected to get answer but probably they will gona write to google maps like we are apologize etc....

The website says it?s closes at 10:30 ! We got there at 8:30. I asked if we can dine in because it looked a little empty so I wasn?t really sure. The waitress got our order wrong. Brought fries when we order rice .As soon as food arrived people came to clean and broom all around us. There was dust flying everywhere. And we were not the only table. They spoke Spanish and where being rude. Yes I speak Spanish and I understood. Their rude comments. The food was good but was missing a bit of flavor.
