Vital Ingredient - London

As an American living in London, I have been longing for create-your-own salad bars.

The salad I chose seemed fresh enough but lacked in flavor overall. The portion size was also quite small considering the price. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and the staff were friendly, but I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon. Overall, I was underwhelmed by my experience at Vital Ingredient.

The salad bar at the heart of Soho is overpriced and average. The staff are friendly, but overall, I was not impressed. I would not return.
