The Custom House Pub - London

Very delicious food. Everyone's polite. Very clean and friendly place!

We arrived at a Saturday afternoon in February 2020 after visiting the Excel Centre for Dinner. The staff and service, where amazing. Do not evaluate this bar from the appearance outside. The food was hot and delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful, inviting or friendly, I really believe that this pub will not receive the earned credit. A massive thanks to Abass and Sophia you are both a credit to this pub and we would definitely come back. The cleanliness of the pub was also exemplary, the toilet also receive 5 stars for cleanliness. The pub also had a nice fire. Mrs L Brown (Group of 5 Adults

Friendly little pub and our go to stop when at MCM Comic con in London. The staff is always nice and helpful and there is a great atmosphere there, really enjoyed the last time we were there as they were an acoustic night. The bar is usually well equipped and toilets are always clean and staff are quick to react if required.

I had to eat something after check-in at our hotel. Everything around the Excel Center was closed or really quiet at this time. However, we have seen some reviews on The Custom House Pub and thought we would try. On arrival it was also quite quiet and a little tired look. However, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was really good. We had the homemade cake and I must say it was one of the most beautiful I had. Would recommend the court!

Would only recommend because it is connected to the hotel. not great value for money, small portions very quickly cooked. no need for constant background loud music, asked to pay gratulation before we even eaten / been served as the payment is before.
