Bidrage med feedbackDisappointing. Maybe I chose a bad day but there were a lot of new staff who were struggling with the lunchtime crowd. Took a long while to order, the drinks turned up after the food did (after we chased), the side order arrived only after we had chased twice, the jug of tap water had to be asked for twice and the food was okay but not vey hot. To make matters worse, the entrance door is an automatic one and so every time anyone walked past the doors opened on what was a cold day and made the ambience non-existant and certainly not cosy. Perhaps I was expecting too much from the Gordon Ramsay badge but perhaps he should take his own Hells Kitchen show there and sort it out. In my experience, there are many better burger joints in the City.
Reasonable prices, attentive and quick service. The food was good but I was not blown away by the taste, I have definitely had better. I am a huge fan of Ramsay and so maybe had an over ambitious expectation.
Bitterly disappointed. Entered the restaurant and you could smell the toilets. The serving staff look half asleep and unmotivated. It was quiet but when you’re paying £16 for a burger and fries £8.50 for a milkshake you tend expect a little something that is slightly more on point. The burger and milkshake was average, however the fries were nice and well seasoned. I was really looking forward to a Gordon Ramsey burger, as the name comes with gravitas and expectation. However paying the £56 bill at the end of the mill for essentially 2 burger and 2 drinks I felt cheated and very disappointed. Sorry Gordon but it’s a big thumbs down.
Small portions £16 for a small bun, slice of tomato, lettuce leaf, small dry chicken breast and some avocado and chips. At that price range I was looking for something filling, tasty and a new experience. Service was great.
Lavinia the manager is an outstanding host. She was very kind and empathetic. She ensured that our dining experience was a happy one
