Roma - London

Had lunch at Roma todayLovely quiet calm atmosphere when down below us there were chaotic crowds, office parties spilling out onto the streets, etc.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant.

The food was excellent and the service excellent. The dessert menu cannot be overlooked. We ordered chocolate cake, bread pudding with vanilla sauce and freshly fried churros with dulce de leche sauce. It was very difficult to choose one of the three as favorites.

My wife and I had dinner at the restaurant. I ordered a churrasco steak and my wife ordered a spaghetti dish with shrimp. Both dishes were delicious and prepared perfectly. There were no other patrons in the restaurant, but we arrived early and the hotel appeared to be quiet during our stay. The food was enjoyable overall.

Not a great service, we felt like we were bothering the server.
