Bidrage med feedbackI need to complain about Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay I have eaten at the restaurant several times before, and the experience this time was very bad! Very dissatisfied, there was a note when I made the reservation to celebrate, and usually a dessert is given, but this time I didn’t send it, and then I was allergic to mutton. I found that the dish was mutton and contacted the waiter to replace it. A male waiter had a very bad attitude, so he just said no. The scallop meat is very hard and not fresh at all. One of Michelin's criteria is high-quality ingredients and restaurants should have a good service attitude and service, and solve customer problems. Two people spent nearly 400 pounds on lunch, but the impression of the experience was very bad.
The service is next level, food is incredible and the wine pairings were absolutely spot on. Ambiance lacking a bit but otherwise wow. Really tremendous staff, would go back in a heartbeat once the new fall menu launches.
Fabulous food and service as always. Always nice to be greeted with Welcome Back ! Tasting menu was very good presentation was well done and combinations of flavors was interesting. Wine flights were very complimentary to the food. We 'll be back!
