Itsu Cowcross St - London

Itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly more upscale feel but with reasonable prices. The menu is Asian-inspired and seems to gravitate more towards Japanese. Itsu's vegan offerings have expanded substantially over the years to include some delicious offerings, all of which are clearly marked on the menu and on the food packaging. The Detox Miso Noodle Soup is still one of my favorites (and it's low calorie but sometimes it can have too much seaweed (depends on who makes it . My new favorite menu items include the Veggie Dragon Roll (complete with vegan mayo! , the Veggie Meatballs Coconut Soup, and the Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl. There are plenty of additional vegan and vegetarian options offered not mentioned in my review that are also worth trying. As previously mentioned, everything is clearly marked on the menu and on the packaging. Most staff seem to be pretty aware and knowledgeable of vegan options (a more common and accepted diet in the UK in case you have questions about ingredients menu items. (I personally would rate this a 3.5 given that it's a chain but bumped it up to 4 since half ratings are not allowed and this is actually a nice, higher quality, and healthy food option.

Perfect healthy lunch on the run! I am still natural wary of franchises and automatically think that they tasteless and over price. I soon have to change my stubborn opinion if I continue to eat tasty, great worth lunch like this! Of course, in the midst of a busy business district the place was packed, but he was brightly lit and looked fresh and inviting. they have barely enough time to decide what they want to order until they are at the theke, because the great amount of employees they work on. I didn't get enough time to browse the charming series of sushi and fresh salad and just went to order some hot food. itsu serves a variety of hot and cold lunches. the travelers and the suppers are ideal for the winter months. I ordered the Thai chicken pot, which was delicious and still hot through the time when I came back to the office. schreddeded chicken breast served with beans and greens on brown and wild rice with the perfect hauch of seasoned and ginger sauce. I ordered a medium size, which cost 5 pounds and was the perfect quantity for lunch. like a child in a super market I can't resist the tasty ones who call me when I wait for my order. chocolate covered in thin maize. never heard of them, so of course I should try them. they were a little strange, but really good, a healthy version of a digestive biscuit I guess. another example, how franchises are not all bad, cant wait to try the suppers!

Itsu has a series of nudelsuppen, rice bowls and sushi plates. it can be packed quite during lunchtime, but is a place when they work in the opposite. the service is efficient even though they are employed in the rule. I like to go in the rule for a steaming bowl of tofu, brown rice and steamed green vegetables, as I love my sweet, but it is all up to personal preferences. to the happiness they have enough choices for veggie lovers and for meat chicken lovers.

As always, I love itu, the hot food is really good, but they have something for everyone...and also with reasonable trips

Even around lunch time this place is one of my favourites in the area. Quick service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good, very reasonably priced food, good menu options, clean and light. Chicken noodle soup my absolute favourite. The only minus is a floor fit stools.. uncomfortable. On the other hand under the table hooks a very nice and thoughtful idea.
