We were so disappointed with our recent visit to Gaucho. My husband and I are big fans of the restaurant and often visit the branch at The O2 to eat before concerts and events.
The manager of the restaurant deserves credit for sincerely apologizing without making excuses, taking full responsibility, and providing our meal at no charge.
