Bidrage med feedbackA local favorite. this place has been for years, and is a great favorite with woolwich natives. it lives up to its name. I always go for the garnel with ingwer and garlic. the garnel themselves are fabulous large plump juicy dinge. the lemon chicken is also brilliant. the sauce is brownish and (what alarming) light yellow. delicious yourself! it is a great place to eat in, especially in a dark Wintry night, or to go out. the people are beautiful too.
I love this restaurant's favorites, they are awesome! The food is very delicious when cooked well. Their squid is absolutely amazing and the prices are reasonable. I would give it 100% recommendation.
I had a pleasant dining experience here. The price was a bit high at $12 per person, but it was a Sunday night. I ordered early rolls with chili and scallions, as well as fried rice. I was not offered water when I sat down, but when I asked for it, I was given a small glass and not offered a refill. The food came out quickly, which made me question its freshness. The restaurant had a strong odor and felt stuffy - they should consider opening a window for fresh air. Despite these issues, the food was delicious and exactly what I wanted. I will likely return for their lunch specials in the future. The servers were kind, but could improve by paying closer attention to their customers.
For the first time, I made the effort to check a restaurant online. I have tried many Chinese restaurants, but dining here is truly extraordinary. Any complaints? None! Any recommendations? As a Halal eater, I believe catering to Halal eaters would attract more business. My family and I can only dine here once a month because we avoid meat dishes, but there is plenty of variety for us. The food is always hot, perfectly cooked, and delivery is punctual. The highlight for me is the satay mushrooms, their satay sauce is incredible. Since discovering this place, I haven't eaten at any other Chinese restaurant.
This is the best Chinese I've had (in the immediate area). 4/5 stars because I've had much better outside Woolwich. The other nearby places compete on price, this place competes on quality. The prices are not bad though maybe £1 or £2 more than nearby but worth it. If you are in Woolwich go here. If you have time then go to central London.
