Bidrage med feedbackOverall, it was a good experience at the restaurant. The only issue was the slow service and needing to actively seek out the attention of the service team. However, the food was delicious.
This was our fifth visit to Eriki, and on this occasion, we found the service to be rushed. The food came out too quickly, so we had to pretend we were still eating our starters in order to have a little time before our mains. I was not happy with the fact that they automatically added a 'discretionary' service charge of 12.5% to the bill, which does not go to the waiters (I confirmed this with them). Therefore, I chose not to pay it and instead left a cash tip for the waiters directly. The food itself was very good, but it would be nice to see more variety on the mains.
We had made a reservation a few days in advance, but when we arrived at the scheduled time with our guests, our table was not set up. However, the issue was quickly resolved and did not affect our overall dining experience. The restaurant offers a great variety of food options and styles, and the staff were knowledgeable in assisting us with our choices. The food was served hot and generously portioned, with well-balanced and perfectly spiced dishes. The Scallops Hariyali and Chilli Prawns starters were outstanding, and the Chicken Xacuti and Tandoori Sampler mains were especially noteworthy. Overall, all of our dishes were delicious. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant.
The food is very good, but the service is rushed and you are not given time between courses.
Based on this last meal.. guys you need a new chef. I've eaten here loads of times. This was by far the worst meal.. chilli puneer.. reheated and dry. Jalfrazi... not as described on the menus or as I have had it in the past.. this was runny tomato soup.. with red chilli.. boild chicken.. few slices of onions and Caspian peppers. Happy to come and show you how to cook.
