Benihana Piccadilly - London

This is an excellent restaurant with fantastic chefs and outstanding service. It's the perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner. I highly recommend it!

The best part of our visit was the staff, but the service itself lacked excitement. The “show” at the grill was minimal, and we felt that our server wasn’t attentive, leaving us to manage our own wine. No one checked on us during the dinner or offered dessert. When we inquired about it, we were told that it was not available. Ultimately, we felt guided to leave after only receiving three of the options we had already paid for.

Such a wonderful place to celebrate my sons 21st birthday thanks to you and your team for the best time .

The chef was great but otherwise the food was SO OVERPRICED. Been there. Done it. No need to go back! Must be better teppanyaki places!

We had an amazing meal and excellent service from Val, the chef, and Martin, the waiter. The food was divine, and everything was on point. We all left with smiles on our faces. We also discovered that it was Benihana Piccadilly’s last day of service before the building is demolished. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
