Afternoon Tea at The Landmark Hotel

My dining companion and I tried the beef burger at this restaurant, but unfortunately the chips that came with it were severely overcooked and tasted burnt. We requested replacements, and thankfully the second batch was cooked properly with a lighter color and the correct flavor. The waitress attempted to defend the original chips, but they were undeniably burnt. Overall, the experience did not live up to the promises made on the website.

Excellent choice for a family gathering. We were seated at a great table at the end of the row as we had requested. The staff was very friendly and accommodated slight changes to the Sunday Roast menu, including a vegan option. They also made sure to check if the sauces were vegan. The food was delicious with ideal portion sizes. Overall, good value for a central London hotel. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Excellent meal one of our party had fish and chips and we had the beef Yorkshire really lovely.Cocktails were very good and the wine reasonably priced.Service was attentive but not over the top.Would definitely return.

The restaurant offers a good selection of appetizers and main courses. The portion sizes were satisfying, so we only needed two courses. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We dined at 6pm on a Saturday night, so it wasn't too crowded and the noise level was low.

Wonderful all round. Matt was very present and involved, he actually served us our meals! Highly recommended.
