Bidrage med feedbackWe had an amazing experience at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food! We particularly enjoyed the wonderful soup, scallion pancakes, and cucumber salad, all of which were fantastic. We will definitely be returning. While the scallion noodles had great flavor, they were a bit too oily for our taste, so we might skip those next time. The XLB (soup dumplings) were good, but they had a little less soup than we expected and perhaps too much meat. Overall, it was a great meal!
**CHINA Shanghai** offers a diverse selection on their special menu, featuring unique dishes from Shanghai that are less common than the usual favorites like pork chops and dumplings. A standout item to try is the Shanghai roasted rice cake ($12.75), which beautifully combines chewy, fried rice cakes with a touch of pork and cabbage.
The dumplings were excellent. The meatball noodle soup was lovely and comforting, but I think the broth could use a bit more flavor. The honey walnut shrimp was average. I would definitely return, but I’d likely stick to the dumplings.
Food at Muodo is not super healthy, but delicious and quite authentic. It reminds me of the food I eat 10 years ago in Shanghai. I recommend the rolls. Juicy and tasteful. Be careful, the soup inside the bungalow is hot. Muodu is popular with Asians here in South Bay. Parking is a lot and free. The wall decoration is bright orange. The room is filled with light.
We loved this place, very authentic! Service was good and the food delicious. Our daughter loved their steamed bun and meatball noodle soup. Tried a couple of their bowls of noodles in soup. Will be back to try more.
