Bidrage med feedbackI think a lot of time we tourists sugar-coat our reviews because we don’t want to offend the locals and because we’re in good vacation moods. By that I mean sometimes we say the food is tasty when in all actuality it’s quite standard fare. Very basic. On that note, however, I ate the vegan lasagna at this place and was extremely impressed. I expect nothing in terms of quality when I go to an island that doesn’t have motor vehicles, so to get a dish that was delicious, aesthetic, and high quality was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend this place.
Really disappointing: the dishes are something. And I would like to point out that my opinion is enlightened because I ate in many Italian restaurants in France and Italy. Surprising to see so many positive comments. Bologna pasta was medium and had no parmesan (when it's on the map) and the server didn't even warn us, we had to ask. He told us there was no more parmesan, but it's still a comb for an Italian restaurant that claims to be of quality. The eggplant pasta was fades. the only wine in the glass is not good (fruits surmûris, very scary).
Amazing pasta and lasagne! I had the vegan lasagne which was great (I love cheese though an option including cheese would be nice, too . My husband had bolognese which he found also very good. The Tiramisu is one of the best we've ever had in our life. I dream about it everyday since then. ; The staff is nice, too. The ambiente could be made nicer though. But it's quite comfy already.
We had delicious burgers with fries and as dessert the vegan chocolate ice cream!! WOW! Absoultely amazing. very nice restaurant, very friendly staff and owner. We enjoyed our dinner a lot and would go back there!! There was nothing negative that power went out at any point (as often here on Gili Air), so we could enjoy our meal with a candle. It was very romantic and special. I really recommend this place!
Pasta with clams worthy of the best Italian restaurant. Perfectly managed by Alessio and Andrea, wonderful couple available and at hand. Pasta cooked to perfection and excellent clams more than worthy of those vocaci of the Mediterranean. It deserves absolutely more than a visit and also the wine is the best you can find on the island. It's weird.
