La Tanière - Lombez

Very good food, for my part I chose the served rib with fries, salad and an absolutely delicious sauce. The meat is of very good quality and the succulent accompaniments! I recommend for a good lunch from noon with good local products

Very nice earth-to-land restaurant and large with many seats. The boss was very welcoming and the service was very fast. My husband had their menu of the day (€16.5) which included a crispy cold pie inlet with onions and bacon accompanied by a small salad with feta, a main dish of pork neck and stirred potatoes, finished with a panna cotta with a yellow fruit sauce. I ordered a Beef Tartar (18€ which was very good only with some herbs and an egg yellow to season, no mayonnaise or blur ketchup. The meat was fresh and cut by hand. We ordered a small bottle of rosé Côte de Provence (13€ that accompanied perfectly the meal. The toilet was large, bright and clean. The kitchen looked very clean as well as the bar counter. To be recommended for a simple but sincere French cuisine in a relaxed and luminous atmosphere. Don't be fooled by the view on the street of the restaurant. It's pretty nice inside.

If you want to eat in a nice atmosphere it's the place! We have enjoyed ourselves and the staff is adorable! The children were very shocked! Thank you so much for this great moment!
