Weber Grill Academy - Lombard

The food overall was good but very slow to come out. One burger was undercooked for medium and one burger came out with no fries as they had none left and had to make them. Waiter was pleasant but did not check back much and we had to ask for more water and any refills on beverages. The restaurant was not crowded at the time.

Considering this is a grill'ing place at LEAST grill a good steak. The ribeye was meh. Two different people had it and neither like it. There was ZERO seasoning on the food, i.e. steak, Brussel sprouts, FRENCH FRIES!!! Even the salt on the table had no flavor!!! The brussel sprouts have this HEAVY cheese sauce on them (didn't need it! they were great without it! . Steaks had butter laying on top of them! A good steak shouldn't need extra anything. On the plus side spicy sticky ribs appetizer was delicious and the banana pudding dessert excellent. Expensive meal for only two decent dishes.

I came here for my mother in laws birthday dinner because I like webers grill buy this location was NOT it! Server barely came to table, it was something floating in our glass pitcher and it was hair in my daughter's food. Most of our meat was tough and not done the way we asked. I will NOT be back at this location I will try to go back to the one downtown Chicago! Very disappointed

Our overall experience was okay. The food was good with the exception of the overly salted French fries. My takeout order was incorrect; when I got home I had discovered that we were given the wrong desserts. I asked for 2 orders of the cheesecake instead I got the chocolate cake. Aside from almost having my head knocked in from the gigantic overhead umbrella on the patio it was an ok experience

Joshua has great attention to detail and and an outstanding personality. Wonderful service! Danny stopped by to check on us. Food was phenomenal. Weber Grill will now be a Father's Day tradition for us.
