Bidrage med feedbackThe prices are exorbitant, and the frozen yogurt isn't anything to write home about. I wouldn't suggest dining here.
The staff was not very friendly. The prices were quite high for standard frozen yogurt—$27 for just two cups. They also refused to accept our $50 bill, which I found a bitodd. I do not recommend this place.
Feeling embarrassed about the whole situation, I left a $2 tip at checkout. Unfortunately, the manager continued to insult me, stating that she "knows what is appropriate for a person" and commenting that my tip was small. The cashier sighed and apologized to me, but the manager's behavior was unacceptable. She was rude, incompetent, and should be fired. That’s no way to treat customers, whether you’re officially on the clock or not. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a woman with a brown ponytail and was wearing her mask incorrectly (under her nose), likely so she could make snide comments about customers under her breath.
Love the different aromas of yogurt here! Only proposal is to put the mochi in another container, because it is so difficult to chew out
Had frozen yogurt for the first time ever last week here. I never realized how much the price adds up ?, so be careful! We were 2 people and shared one cup, but it was about 11 dollars. Taste was average and nothing too special, but I do recommend as a once in a while type thing since, it was a fun experience to be able to customize and create your own treat all by yourself. Kids would especially enjoy that and have fun!
