TL;DR- efficient, thoughtful service, amazing food, wide-variety of optionsNoteable Events was the designated caterer for our wedding at the Gardens of Woodstock. I was concerned about not having choices, or the ability to choose my own vendor, but I am SO happy that we used Noteable Events.As soon as I reached out the the coordinator Ann, I felt like a valued customer. She was responsive to questions and concerns that I had about scheduling a tasting (weekdays around lunch time) as well as creating a dinner menu that matched our expectations and budget. Originally we were thinking of bringing in our own platters for cocktail hour, but their hors d'ouerves completely changed my mind.Our tasting was one of my favorite wedding planning events. We brought 2 friends with us and had an amazing lunch with so much food left over. I shared the leftovers with two other groups of people for dinners. Ann walked us through the whole meal and other logistics while we were there, but also assured us that we had flexibility to change things between our tasting in February and our wedding in July (with 2 weeks' notice).For the day of the wedding, I didn't have any concerns brought to me. I am sure this was due to a mixture of the professionalism of the NE staff, the venue staff, and our own day-of coordinator. During cocktail hour, a server brought a plate over for just us newlyweds so we didn't miss out. For dinner, the tablecloths and napkins looked lovely and our buffet was well run. We had the Cobb Salad, 2 entrees, 2 starches and a vegetable side. Our chicken entree was a custom mix of two of the items we tried at our tasting. We also had a dessert table that was included, and we added cupcakes from a separate vendor.I seriously wish I could have my wedding food again. It was so tasty. The one thing that surprised me was how quickly our buffet was packed up. I had filled my plate with smaller portions with the thought of getting more food if I wanted. However, as soon as the last table made it through the line, the buffet pretty much disappeared into thin air! They were so quick and efficient with packing up and cleaning (which is great), but I would have loved a few more bites of the asparagus risotto.Our cost ended up around $72 per person for everything, which was separate from the bar package arranged through the venue. It was a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but I don't regret it at all due to the quality of the food and service. I also know there were many other ways that costs could have been lowered while using Noteable Events.

Won't call me back regarding them damaging my vehicle. Have been trying to reach them for well over a month.

Ann and Noteable Events catered our wedding 05/29/2021, and they were phenomenal! Our guests kept coming up to us saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and the owner of our venue was impressed. The staff were lovely, and we are just in awe of the services provided by them!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Noteable Events! We rescheduled our 2020 wedding to 2021 at Gardens of Woodstock and Ann and her team made that so easy. The entire process of scheduling a tasting, discussing flexible options for the food at our event, and the actual organization of the food at our wedding was perfect. Excellent communication from start to finish. The food was delicious! We received so many compliments about how much our guests enjoyed their meal which was so great to hear. The presentation was also beautiful. A huge thank you to Noteable Events for making our special day so wonderful!

Ann Zyer and her team at Notable Events went above and beyond for my wedding this past weekend at the Gardens of Woodstock! It had to be rescheduled from last year due to COVID and Ann made the transition seamless. She and her onsite team did such an amazing job throughout our event. The food was so delicious, everyone has been raving about it. I would highly recommend Notable Events for anyone looking to cater an event. They are simply the best! Thanks Ann!
