The most helpful representative who assisted in my cookie cake order, offered suggestions and made the entire experience so great we ordered two. Will be back to order in the future, this is the place to come for all cake orders turned out delicious!

Mrs. Fields at Yorktown center has great customer service! The cookies are great and the workers are very helpful!

The young kid working there didn't want 2 put the shake I bought in the clear cups they come in saying, management has asked us not to. Although the clear cups were in front bt the counter. I explained that if it was an up charge, I would pay. I didn't want the flimsy cup he was attempting 2 give me. He gave a bit of an attitude and said I don't get paid enough for this. More training is needed for customer service, being that this place is in the Lombard Mall.

We ordered the 16 inch cookie cake! The owner was great. He was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The cookie cake was done on time, freshly baked and delicious!!! Great addition for any party. Both kids and adults loved it
