Bidrage med feedbackOn Mother's Day, I had a reservation at 12 pm but it took about 15 minutes to get a server to our table. The restaurant had just rolled out a brunch menu and was not prepared to handle the orders. After waiting an hour, we still had not received our food. The waitress was apologetic and informed us that the kitchen was backed up. Eventually, another staff member told us they were out of biscuits and gravy, an hour after we had ordered. Frustrated, we decided to leave. The waitress was shocked at the delay and offered to comp our meal. The food finally arrived, but my steak was dry and the other steak was cooked incorrectly. Despite the meal being mostly comped, the food was mediocre at best. Many other tables also experienced long wait times and some even left without eating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on Mother's Day. However, management later reached out to apologize and address the issues. While the service that day was subpar, I believe it was a one-time mistake that will be fixed in the future. Thank you to the Harry Caray team for their efforts to make things right. I look forward to giving the restaurant another chance.
Lauryn and Lindsey were both outstanding. They kept the drinks flowing and put smiles on our faces throughout the meal.
