Gnarly Knots Pretzel Company - Lombard

I attempted to go to lunch today, but found signs on the door indicating that they are permanently closed. It looks like they've relocated to Lombard.

I had the tomato soup, garlic asiago pretzel, and the delicious butter sauce. Everything was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick, but I recommend arriving early since lines tend to form.

I recently ordered from them for the first time. I got the Italian beef sandwich, a small side of giardiniera, and some jus. They didn't offer me any options to customize my order, which was disappointing. Who eats Italian beef without pepper and jus? I really hoped they would try harder to earn my business.

Great daily suppen! I like the hot dogs in tenty. also great selection of brezeln.

Didn't know a pretzel place could make more advanced stuff, such a good place and I think It was worth the 30 minute wait high demand.
