Somedays is good but this time is like the 4th time where they always be so rude when you ordering. Its alway this one girl or a guy who be so unprofessional when it comes to costumers service. One other problem I been noticing is the same two people always be closing 2hours earlier from it’s closing time. Smh

The person working last afternoon was FANTASTIC. She was slammed with people coming in all at once, and was patient kind with each person. She made a great coffee for me! She handled all the pressure exceptionally well!

Very bad service. Some days it is good. but, today, it was bad. I ordered English toffee twist hot coffee and it was so badly made. Staff were very indifferent and annoyed. Same store in other places are good.
