KFC - Lognes

The service was so fast and efficient that I decided to make pictures of the restaurant to award the restaurant 5 stars. As, out of the nothingness, the man who was in the kitchen, before me appeared astonishingly attacking me by pointing his finger on me, accuses me that I took his picture. The man wanted to physically attack me, but the manager came in time to calm him down. The manager expresses a flat apology and tells me that this is not the first complaint of the employee... When I go, I see the man back in the parking lot with his threatening look. I will never return to this KFC restaurant in Lognes and tell anyone who will hear what happened today. I called customer service in France. This incident would never have taken place at KFC Europe headquarters in England and even less at the American headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm flabbergasted. It's unbearable. But I had made some pretty recordings. Judge for himself.

Non sono un amante dei fast food ma tra tutte le varie catene è quella che preferisco per le ali di pollo piccanti. Il servizio non molto veloce ma la disponibilità dello staff compensa questa mancanza. Prezzi e qualità nella media. La pulizia del locale non è impecabile ma meglio di tanti altri locali simili.

KFC a clairement perdu de sa superbe ces derniers temps, le poulet y est devenu plus fade, et les frites plus molles. A réserver aux soirs de disette.

Bjr,Et bien pour une restauration rapide vaut mieux éviter...30 min pour être servi...pas mal.....état des sanitaires catastrophiques, tout est à refaire dans un "établissement"qui ne semble pas très vieux...bref j'y suis allé, j'ai vu,...et bien je n'y reviendrai pas...Pour le repas ca reste du rapide...Pour conclure en restauration que se soit rapide..brasserie...ou autre gastronomique, l'hygiène est la base...dans TOUT l'établissement...A vous de jouer...
