99 Pub In P - Logjam

Server took forever to come to table and when came over didn’t introduce them selves and then proceeded to say me and my girlfriend weren’t seen and was unknown to her that we where here. Then she took our drink orders and then we order and app and it took almost 20 mins for both our drinks and app to come out. Then we ordered food and it took almost about 25-30 mins for our food to come out. Then I saw our server sitting at one of the high tops scrolling on her device and Infront of a bunch of customers that’s super unprofessional. Then was waiting almost another 25 to 30 mins to get the check and usually my girlfriend and I come here a lot and normally don’t have this issue I’m not looking for anything in return just for upper management to get this stuff sorted out and make sure this stuff doesn’t happen again.

Food is good, their portions are what looks like cut in half and almost doubled the price. I used to order tips and tenders and be full before I finished. I could eat 3 plates of what they’re giving out now and still want more. Waitress was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. 15 minutes to get menus, decided to order food the second she came to take our drink orders, got our drinks followed by our food. (Different server came to deliver food while my drink was empty) didn’t ask we needed anything just dropped the food and walked away. Thinking the waitress was going to check on us, I was eating and enjoying my meal. The second I finished she then asked if we needed anything. Like yeah another drink 20 minutes ago????

Fast service, food exactly how ordered. It's small enough where they remember you from previous visits. Love Thursday Trivia nights too!
