To busy to deliver to busy to give tips starting today exact change

Worst experience ever!!! No lunch today. Called in our lunch order and was told it would be delivered in approximately 40 minutes…..yet, 1 and 1/2 hours later, nothing! When we called them we were told that they are really busy inside due to “a tournament”, so I offered to come pick it up instead of delivery and was told they weren’t sure when the cook would be able to get to our ticket. They hadn’t even started our preparing our food! The manager was even too busy to speak to me about it. Never … – show
