Noodle Box - Logan City

This noodlebox is absolutely terrible that it is no longer to this one! management is so rude. they stuffed the meal of my life, so I had to go all the way to get a new one. I explained that he couldn't eat a wobbly as he got sick and there was wobbles in this court. he argued with me, then typing the box in a bowl and saying there are only two pieces that they cannot have. his wife comes out and agrees with him. this argument went back and forth until they finally realized that I was not gone without a new one. he made intelligent commentaries while he did. it was the worst experience I ever had. zero zustomer service. the food that the rest of the bought was tasteless and...read more

The owner of this place is quite much stier they spend in more money. do not take several NO"s for a response if they refuse to update their meal or buy a drink and is not primarily how much money either additional article costs. completely unprofessional and greedy. it was quite tasteless and seemed as though some ingredients were missing (e.g. no ice in pad thai.) I went away from this experience that felt saddened. I never go back to this special noodle box.

Tried to eat from this outlet in the shopping center the village. there is not much extermination, because take-away order could always show no wok chi, even the culinary skill of the cook is good. Now, food is fit and what I appreciate this franchise business is the nutritional value info and allergen guide of the dishes that they have provided. Therefore we can think before our orders to cut the meal times for our health. I found that the production was not consistent due to the skill of the chef. I wish that management should keep the eyes on the feedback of customers and fix the problem accordingly.

Uncooked chickenish customer service! I bought this at noodle box in upper mount gravatt today at 12:45 and came back to work and started eating it. then I cut up a piece of chicken and I saw that. that is not cooked. I took the meal back into the load and was recommended it was. then I told them I just wanted a refund and was rejected. I was told I didn't claim to one because I had eaten something. I told them I didn't leave until I got one and was then ignored by all those who spoke to each other and pretended I wasn't there, I've never experienced such a disgusting service!

The ingredients of the different type of noodles didn't match up to the actual meal which was misleading and served as false advertisement. The noodles were not cooked well as it was still a bit tough and the sauce was too salty and it become sickening after multiple bites. Overall it was a disappointing experience and the noodles were not authentic, will not be returning again.
