El Sol Mexican - Logan

I recall this restaurant being the go-to spot for Mexican food when I was growing up. It was always bustling with customers, but now it seems much quieter. Additionally, I had my mother with me, who can barely walk, and the parking lot was completely covered in ice.

This was my first visit to El Sol in years, back when my daughter was attending Utah State University. The tostada I had was just as delicious as I remembered from those days!

It was late when we got there, so the service was a little off. The food was excellent tho.

I’m really disappointed. Elsol has been one of my favorites for over 30 years, but during my last few visits, the service has been awful and the quality of the food has significantly declined.
