Scotto's Wine Cider - Lodi

The service was just? indifferent (stealing from another review). Felt like they had better things to do. Twice we went and twice just awful service. First time they couldn?t be bothered to do much more than take our order and played on their phone.The second time it was almost nice until their friend came by? We couldn?t get their attention except to be delivered the bill.We wanted to buy a bottle of wine but again couldn?t get their attention. Just so sad I wanted to love this place.

Love this place. 1st time and they're just the sweetest and bubbly is DELISHHHH

Great drinks, but older bartender was very inconspicuous, got initial drinks, but is not asked that we wanted everything else to give only tab, while still enjoy the drinks.
