There's only 2 parking spots to pick up food. So, I placed on order through this google service. I accidentally didn't change my address to my job. I called immediately after placing order to give my job address. What happens? The girl tells me that they cannot help me with the address change and that I need to call the place who will deliver to change it. Now, this place is very small and not that busy. The girl could hardly speak english and she calls me bk 3x after I mentioned that I was going to comment on a review. Lastly, she tells me she will change address after realizing it is a hospital. Do you honestly trust them with my food after having an issue with them? They can throw out the food and I will never go there again. So much for supporting small businesses. Laziness will go you nowhere with me. Obviously, I'm hungry and too busy at work. They need to respect that and help out at least once as a courtesy. It shouldn't take a threat to bend. I can't. The food is decent, but customer service needs some growing. She actually hung up on me. Wow. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wouldn't DARE come backe here. I was at this same location about a month ago and the Pernil was 10.99 per pound, now 16.99 PER POUND ARE YOU CRAZY?! I can and will go to the store and purchase a pork.shoulder and make it myself you can buy a whole one for 8 to 10 bucks in the store and the then the stewed beef was 17.99 per pound... THATS INSANE !.ended up paying about 25 dollars .. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE...I'VE NEVER SEEN PRICES LIKE THAT FOR SUCH LITTLE FOOD. Swapped prices 6$ more in about a month. My favorite Latin food in the area. Their combos are amazing. The pork and the steak are so good along with the Naruto's and everything else. You cannot go wrong.
