Burger King - Lodi

Cant even make an order the girl working the window couldn't do a simple ring in an order. Avoid this location right down the highway they know how to ring in orders.

If I could, I would give less than 5 stars to the manager, terrible service, and the one who attends, not to mention, today I had the worst experience in that branch in my life, I will go again, there is one who consumes, they have a job.

I called to see if they could see if my back pack was in there dinning room and these people said they didn't have the time to go look to if it was still there. I will never spend my money there again. Then I was hung up on twice.How rude.

Customer service sucks here. They never get my order right or things are always missing. Because they want to talk to each other instead of paying attention to their work. They don't care. They never say thank you or you're welcome. They never smile at you . I try not to go here . But sometimes I just do because it's close to my home. But I would rather not . I dread going here. They really need some training on how to treat customers. And how to check orders.

I wanted something to eat and a shake. I am not from this area and felt a little unsafe in this place. I guess it is the homeless, I don't know. The couple ahead of me ordered and then changed it after finding out how much about 20 times. I stood there for at least 5 minutes. I finally got to the counter and was greeted by a curt, frustrated worker. I can understand why. I decided to just get a shake and get out of there. I would not go back... EVER...
