Starbucks - Locust Grove

Save your time and money on this location. A couple of days ago I was told they were closed even though it was not 8pm that they could not make my order because they were both new and didn’t know how. They have new employees without any training that cannot tell a difference from an iced matcha tea latte and matcha Frappuccino. I’m not sure why in the world a company would have new employees there by themselves without guidance of a lead or knowledge of the recipes to best service customers. I don’t blame the two young ladies for their lack of knowledge but the customer service itself needs work. They did not greet me, I had to wait a while while they flip through the chart to find my drink so they could price it and the drink was still incorrect after clarifying it 3 times. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience and was even combative when I said they order was not made with the modifications I ordered.

I was with my family and all the coffees we ordered were terrible, tasteless and they also didn't have my favorite sandwich option ? . The experience was frustrating, I do not recommend this store.Food: 1/5

This might be one of the fastest Starbucks I have ever been too. There is a Dunkin' Donuts basically next door and this Starbucks location quickly works their drive through a lot faster than the Dunkin' Donuts. The only real issue is the traffic getting in and out of the parking lot in the morning. It can be a little dangerous and sometimes it takes forever to get out of of the parking lot. My only advice, go after morning rush hour traffics.

The fat girl with extremely hairy arms made fun of my brother in the drive thru and I’m pretty sure her arm hair fell in my pink drink

Love the location , get me a decent drink while I shop, my wife and I got hot mocha and a flat white then before we left got a strawberry creme cold drink, was all perfect
