Starbucks - Locust Grove

This might be one of the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to. Situated next to a Dunkin' Donuts, this Starbucks efficiently serves drive-thru customers far better than its neighbor. The only downside is the traffic when entering and exiting the parking lot in the morning, which can be a bit dangerous, and it sometimes takes a while to get out. I recommend going after the morning rush to avoid the hassle.

I don't blame the young women for their lack of knowledge, but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. They didn’t greet me, and I had to wait quite a while as they looked through a chart to determine the price of my drink. Despite clarifying my order three times, it was still made incorrectly. To make matters worse, no one apologized for the inconvenience, and they even became defensive when I pointed out that my order was missing the modifications I had requested.

I visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, we found all the coffees we ordered to be disappointing and lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, my favorite sandwich wasn’t available. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Food rating: 1/5.

The fat girl with extremely hairy arms made fun of my brother in the drive thru and I’m pretty sure her arm hair fell in my pink drink

Love the location , get me a decent drink while I shop, my wife and I got hot mocha and a flat white then before we left got a strawberry creme cold drink, was all perfect
