Whataburger - Lockhart

This place is the worst. They prioritize there drive thru more then the counter. They are horrible cooks. Half cooked bacon, mistakes that cause for replacements only to covered like it wouldn?t be noticed. And top it off they took 45 min for 2 mealsthat should only take 15-20 min no matter how busy it is. Whataburger is a place that used to hold value to there products. Hereas of late most places are like here full of lazy employees that don?t care for the job. Will not be returning. This placeshould be shut down.

To be honest I feel they are way over priced for their food. I ordered a kids meal and a regular burger with fries and a chocolate Shake small and it was 17.00 and some change. The kids meal burger only had mustard and pickles and was very dry. Ifeel they need to add ketchup to it. The lettuce on the other was a bit wilty. And it was lukewarm at best and the kids burgerwas completely cold. I feel you could go to a lot more places and get hot food and have a better fast food meal for comparableor less .

Service was very efficient. The bigger one was great!!! The frits were delicious... yummo!!! It looks different. Like a spaceship. I think the tables and the floor could have been wiped off and a little bit chased.

The staff were gathered together, gossiping and discussing inappropriate topics in front of customers. When it was my turn to order, one of the employees interrupted me to inquire about some gossip with the person assisting me. It was very unprofessional, and it seemed that the management had not provided any guidance on how to conduct themselves in front of guests.

I consistently experience at least a 30-minute wait every time I visit this restaurant. The service is extremely slow, and the staff tends to engage in gossip just like high schoolers. I would appreciate it if they could improve in these areas.
