Chaparral Coffee - Lockhart

I 've been here twice. It 's a cool joint. When you walk in, you think this is how a coffee shop should feel . Nice atmosphere. I love coffee, like real brewed drip stuff. You know, like the name on the sign, coffee. Maybe I got unlucky, but on both visits my coffee was cold and stale. So, the barista did what any quality coffee shop would do.. they warmed it in the microwave.

Awesome little coffee shop. Grabbed a coffee here after a bike ride, breakfast taco and americano were prime.

I do not live in the area, but have been wanting to try this spot for several years. 116 miles later, and I am so glad that I finally did. The coffee. The food. The vibes. Everything was 10/10. Highly recommend the Big Sammi and the Early Bird Plate. I cannot wait to visit again!

Their coffees teas are amazing! Try the Mexican Mocha if you like a good flavorful coffee. I crave the Iced Chai when I'm not in Lockhart. I quit drinking it anywhere else. We stop here everytime we're in Lockhart. They donate coffee to our Kairos prison ministry at the Coleman unit too! Their friendly, courteous kind staff never treat us different whether we are paying or picking up a donation. Free dog treats are even available for pooches.

I was celebrating my birthday with friends. We had never been to your shop before. The staff were so nice and helpful. They made my day very special. ? I ordered the Pecan Toddy and it was delicious!
