Pizza Hut - Lock Haven

Came to dine in which ive done plenty of times before with no issue. Tonight I go in and sit down as I'm walking to table I'm asked if I have a to go order I say I do not an sit down. Usually was brought a menu Everytime I've ever eaten here then a few moments later I'm yelled at from the kitchen by some woman saying I needed to go to the counter that I literally just walked by on my way in an was told nothing. I place order. When my order comes the person giving me my pizza had a real rude smug attitude like I bothered him. Only positive of the entire experience with some person came out and asked if my meal was okay other than that the entire experience was horrible. Won't be back.

We order pizza hut regularly. The big New Yorker and bread sticks are our go to faves. My son loves the Creamy Alfredo pasta.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly

Absolutely the worst place to get pizza in Lock Haven..I ordered (again for the 5th time..you'd think I'd learn) a super Supreme WELL DONE..I got it home and it wasn't done at all..I mean the dough was just that..dough..I called them to tell them the pizza wasn't done..the manager argued with me telling me the person told her they put it through 1 and a half times. I said well I'm telling you it isn't done at all so what am I supposed to do? She said there are instructions on the box on how to reheat your pizza..WAIT!!! WHAT??? I just got this pizza home it is supposed to be done. If I wanted to cook I wouldn't have ordered out..I said well if you'd like I can bring it back up and you can try it. She said no thanks..I said so what am I supposed to do with this pizza??? She again said the person told her they put it through for the proper time...I said so in other words I'm just supposed to eat raw pizza??? Apparently that's what happens when your order isn't done at pizza hut..

Ordered delivery here many times always through the app and it usually runs smooth but this time the driver just left the food on the porch with no call, then texted “Delivered”. Very unprofessional to text for delivery. Pizza was also a little
