Delicious barbecue! We enjoyed our visit to this nice Texas original barbecue.
I am picky when it comes to BBQ and I know everyone had their own opinion. The brisket was good. Had a nice smoke ring. It was not as tender as I liked. The BBQ sauce was not like anything I had tasted. It overall taste was tomato and vinegar. The bread is amazing! Wow. The potato salad was great. I like mayo mustard picnic style chunky potato salad.
The best BBQ!!! So good. They make their own bread as well. Loved the food..
I ordered a sliced brisket sandwich. Excellent, tender and the sauce was fantastic. I could only eat half of it. The sandwich was huge. This gave me good snack for later.
