Purely and simply for the attitude, friendliness and attention to detail of the young lady who served me at the bar. I only wanted a half pint of cider to break a part of my hike. She made me feel like royalty. Very impressive. Didn't eat there so I can't comment . An update due for the decor? That is probably pedantic so I crave your forgiveness. The problem for the Cayley Flyer in my view is keeping up with the growing metro sexual culture that pervades Rhos on Sea. Go for it!

First time in the Valley and to be fair it was not the best. It had been a scorching day and the town was busy. Ordered some drinks and found out they were out of most soft drinks including lemonade. Ordered the carvery as we were hungry and it was hot and presented nicely. However there was very little choice due to food shortage and what was available had been out a while. Edit. Visited again today for the carvery and it was very good. Prompt service from bar with friendly staff. Carvery was quick and easy.

Visited here for a Sunday carvery, fairly standard carvery fare but friendly and welcoming service. Gravy tasted a little sweet to me but perhaps that's a personal preference rather than anything to complain about.

Used to be a good place to eat. Went today, good Friday. With other half. Both Had fish and chips. Portion was like fish finger. Waitress said last piece of fish so cut in half. When asked to see manager Was told. tough mate, it is what it is . Charming

Great selection of beers and friendly and helpful staff. I've heard they have a fantastic carvery, but want hungry when I visited. I'll be back to try it though.
