Update my second visit sucked because I couldn’t get service because of short staff 11/2 an hour before closing time I even brought a few more mouths to feed extremely disappointed. 1st review Martisha was fabulous. Super kind and courteous so kind in fact I ordered more food. The food here I heard was amazing so I had to try myself.

Hard to say how the experience would have been. Traveling through town Monday night and needed a Shanes chicken finger fix. Google said open till 9pm, and it was 8:15 when we arrived. Pulled off freeway and found Shanes. Walked in as normal, but looked like a meeting or something with people/employees in the side seating area. Employee walked to front counter and asked if I had ordered online (I hadn 't) and then said that they were closed. no explanation given.I wasn 't going to argue about it (with someone possibly making my food) so we went elsewhere, but I was disappointed with the early closing without any signs or anything. Double checked the hours on the door and it showed open till 9pm (weeknight).Moral of the story- maybe call ahead if you are close to closing time.

Not a pleased customer this time around. I've been to this location many times but this time both of the peach cobblers ordered was dried out. Now the Brownie was good and the service atmosphere was pleasant.Parking: Plenty of parking no problem at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible easy to get in out

I must admit my very first time ordering food here was in 2020 and I stated I would never again... it was the midst of covid and my food wasn't right...... Then someone provided staff lunch towards the end of 2022 and it peaked my interested. I have since come through quite a few times over the last year and every time I come I am greeted with kindess and patience while I make decisions... and BBQ that I absolutely love. Today (8/24/23) I decided to stop in a do something I had never tried before and the 2 ladies working the front were so very helpful in answering my questions to help feed my family at an affordable rate. Our food was great quality and fresh as it was still hot when I got home.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps for wheelchairs/scooters.
