Sonic Drive-in - Livonia

This restaurant offers five-star ice cream products, particularly the strawberry banana shakes, which are made with real fruit. It's definitely among my top three places for ice cream. The food here is also quite good for a casual dining spot. However, the number of times I've encountered issues—including short staffing, a broken ice cream machine, and malfunctioning card readers—is frustrating. This would be my favorite place to eat, but out of the last twelve visits, we've encountered problems that resulted in them being closed for over 30 minutes on seven occasions. It's disappointing!

I waited half an hour to get served two drinks, and I noticed at least two people left the line while we were waiting. We arrived at 3:45 and informed the waiter that we were expecting the happy hour prices, but instead, we were told we would have to pay the full price. The location was also quite disappointing.

I tried to commission my daughter to give the full experience, and they recommended that they only drive thru. seems like there is no more sonic’s in the opposite, which gives them the good drive in experience for which this chain was known earlier. I order our food through the drive thru and my order was not as expected. fries were cold, extra paid for sweets and blow in our drinks that we do not receive. never come back here

Sorry not sorry but every time I come to the Sonic which is only been twice I was very disappointed. Today I ordered chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and it was about half the size of the bun overcook very thin tasted old and upset my stomach couple hours after I ate it. by the time I ate half my sandwich I had no more chicken to eat the other half. Service was excellent! I paid six dollars for a chicken sandwich and it should be comparable to chicken fillet not even close the sandwich I give a negative one to workers I give an 11.

This place is terrible! They are drive thru only, the car hop is still closed. It has two speakers for there to be two lines formed, however, they always only have one open. They are extremely rude to you when you order. I always go there to get ice and it usually depends on who is working on wether or not you can purchase a bag of ice. I would recommend avoiding this location!!
