Noodles Company - Livonia

Food would have probably tasted great, if it had enough sauce. I even paid the extra $1 for more sauce. You can see in the pictures what they gave me. The pics show the entire meal and it cost $12. Terrible. Then, the sign says to call and press “0” and the lady that answered was rude and said they can’t take it to my car. Then why put up a sign for it?? See pics for that too. I did exactly what the sign said to do.

The cashier was rude and unprofessional I order three rice crispy, the cashier basically put them in front of me and I had to ask for a bag. Then the cashier gave me the bag and did not put the items in the bag. Oh yeah did I mention I had my baby in my arms the entire time.

I ordered off an app and they put an empty cup in my bag instead of giving driver my drink, I had missing items and food made wrong and when I called them they hung up on me after I said what happened.

Our first time visiting a Noodles and Company. Service was good. Food was decent but, I thought the prices were a bit too high for noodles and your choice of sauce. It was worth a try... I highly doubt we will return.

It’s usually good but amount of food is different every time you order. Also, when someone asks for extra of anything (in my case, jalapeños) it probably shouldn’t be a comically small amount. I was provided a small amount of crumbs as if me asking was a problem. Super weird.
