Kfc - Livonia

Food quality and good customer service at this location is dependent on what days and times you decide to patronize it.

The last 3 times I've been there, my order has been wrong each time. When I go back to fix it, I get attitude. I won't be going back.

The food was great service was fast. But the employees was having words at the window. The lady standing at the window wouldn't take my money she stood there with her back to me in drive-thru and I can her another employee saying you can't take her money and she goes I take the orders I don't work the window ??‍??‍??‍??‍. But its ok I still give them five stars the young man came and took my money and gave me my food. So nice and polite!

Very fast and friendly service, and the food is freshly cooked and hot.

Did not like to service did not like to conversation could not make two orders in one car I was not happy with their mannerism their head movement their smirks on their face and the attitudes I did not like I will not be returning to that particular KFC thank you.
