Chipotle Mexican Grill - Livonia

If I could give zero stars, then I would. I do not recommend. I ordered from the app my order wasn't ready for 36 minutes after it should've been. To make matters worse, I was missing items. The straw that broke the camel's back was the unapologetic staff. They just shrugged at their poor customer service. The manager stating that she didn't know how the fill orders from the app through the in-store line, as there were several people being served in the store while many of us were left waiting far past the pick up time for our prepaid food. It was a very bad experience.

AWESOME...I ordered the taco box for my son's moving dinner with his closest friends. The entire experience from ordering to picking up was effortless. The staff were accommodating, polite and showed genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction. The tacos were perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy a build your own taco bar( silverware, bowls, serving utensils included).

If I could give this location 0 stars I would? however I think 1 star is pretty generous. Placed a pick up order at 3:45pm, app ?promised? it would be ready by 4pm. Got there at 4pm and of course I don?t mind waiting because I understand how estimated times can sometimes be inaccurate. The girl making pickup orders was working by herself and was backed up. Fine. However, after 5 minutes of me sitting there, there was NO ONE in the store except me. The cashiers and workers did not pitch in to help her instead they stood around laughing, playing, joking doing absolutely NOTHING. Finally got my order at 4:22pm?took almost 45 minutes for a bowl and burrito? Ridiculous. Just for me to get home and my order be wrong and my chips missing from my order. I personally never want to go back to this location but I hope management sees this and makes some hospitality changes because if you?re going to stand around and laugh and joke, AT LEAST make sure my order is correct. Instead of telling me they were out of something?they just decided to not give it to me or put it on my food. On top of putting sour cream on my husbands food in which he ABSOLUTELY does not eat!

Had to change my 5 star review to one star. Was there on 8/21/2022 and they barely had any thing available to make the burrito bowls or anything else. A lot of what was available didn't look fresh. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to go get rice that was already cooked, out of the pot and season it. There were dirty pots and pans piled up on the prep table. The manager was right there working while this tall young guy walked around with other staff telling him multiple things were needed but he didn't do anything. And my chicken was burnt! There was also a group of people waiting for call in orders and did not look happy.

The service was quick and the people were very nice. They were missing a few items and my food ended up being super cold , still better service than any other location
