Chicken Shack - Livonia

I waited 30 minutes for my food, the potatoes were saturated in oil and not fully cooked. I was told they were out of napkins, silverware, and Coke products. When the restaurant first opened, it was fantastic, but after moving to the other side of the state and returning 10 years later, it's disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely dreadful. The management and staff clearly need to be replaced. There were numerous issues with the dining experience that are hard to put into words. To start, the food was of extremely poor quality - some pieces of chicken were old and slimy, while others were undercooked, and the ribs were dry and old. The potatoes were stale and the mushrooms were as hard as rocks. Every dish lacked flavor and was poorly seasoned, including the cole slaw. It took a ridiculously long two hours to receive our order, as the staff seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed with the number of orders. This was a far cry from the usual enjoyable experience I have had at Chicken Shack, and I have no plans to return to this location in the future.

Ordered cod dinner with large roasted mushrooms. When I picked up I asked for tartar sauce and ranch. Was told they were in the bag. Got home with neither in the bag.Time to go to the store and buy some tartar sauce and ranch by which time my food will be cold! Thanks for the wrong order. Bad service and cold food chicken shack!!!!!

Second time in a row we've ordered and MULTIPLE items have been missing from our delivery. Called to have them rectify and they refused to deliver the forgotten goods; Said we had to come pick them up or get a store credit...they would even refund the money for the goods they did not serve. Have been coming here for years, but after refusal to deliver on goods paid for twice, I won't spend another cent with these crooks.

The food is great, but they say it will be ready in 20 minutes and then make you wait an extra 15 minutes when you arrive on time.
