Great sushi, excellent service, and the BYOB option make for a fantastic combination. I want to highlight the BYOB aspect since I had to sift through many reviews to find this information, so I hope this stands out for others searching for it. Additionally, the restaurant is extremely kid-friendly, which is a major bonus for families with young children. While kids do need to order from the regular menu (there's no separate kids' menu), the staff provides extra attention and is very patient, even when utensils get dropped and need replacing.

We visited Dozo Sushi this afternoon to enjoy some delicious sushi, and it did not disappoint! If you're in search of flavorful sushi, this is the spot for you. The atmosphere upon entering is quite inviting, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate, even for those who don't typically dine on sushi. I ordered the Rock n' Roll sushi, which was not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The plating was impressive enough to satisfy even the most discerning diners who frequent five-star establishments. With its stunning food presentation, rich flavors, and excellent service, Dozo Sushi is the perfect place for Asian cuisine! This was a wonderful choice for a delightful afternoon meal.

Very good sushi, probably best in the area. Our regular weekly Thursday night dinner pick is from here. However, I’m from Toronto, and unfortunately I have not found any sushi in the USA (NYC, DC, Miami etc) that compares to Toronto. I wish all US sushi chefs can see how they do it there.. I crave more flavor and ingredients in a single roll. Regardless, Dozo does a pretty good job, and for now, we will continue to buy from here. P.s, I hope they don’t get too stingy with the ingredients. I have noticed last couple times that the “Dozo roll” had double the amount of rice and barely any fish. I don’t mind paying more , but I do want better quality. And if quality drops, I’m out.
