Sugar on Top offers incredible cakes and cookies! They were a hit at our daughter's party. We also love to stop by occasionally to indulge in their delicious selection of donuts, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend them—5 out of 5 stars!

Since this bakery opened, it's become an essential part of my business. When meeting with clients, I love to treat them to a delicious pastry. The donuts are gigantic, the cookies are incredible, and they even offer some adult-themed pastries. Their custom cakes are among the most impressive and skillfully crafted I've ever seen. Always amazing! This is truly my favorite bakery. The staff is incredibly kind, and the owners create a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like you've known them forever. The photo is of a cake I suggested, which I had never tried before, and they made it just as I envisioned. One of the best new bakery in Syracuse. Your cinnamon rolls should die. Give this business an attempt if you need this sugar rush.

I have been here twice now. Very clean business, friendly people working it. To date have tried cinnamon rolls , awesome taste, texture and size. Just the right amount of flavour without being over powering, size is not skimpy. Had this wonderful chocolate cake with mini marshmallows. The texture and creaminess of cake and frosting was beyond fantastic. The cream puffs had a delicious filling but I found the pastry a bit dense. I still enjoyed it though. This time around got carrot cake, berry cream cheese bar and more cinnamon rolls. Tried the berry cream cheese bar. Can we say yummm I haven't tried the carrot cake yet but judging by looks I'm assuming it will be delicious. This place was recommended to me and I felt it was worth going back to and passing on a recommendation. I noticed Fresh Italian bread and mini loaves as well for sale. EDIT : Adding on now that I have tried the carrot cake. WOW delicious!
