Very polite staff Clean and tidy food prep area that's visible from the counter so you can see them making everything from scratch. Good food, good service. Very good prices for what you get. Only accept cash, but do have bank transfer details noted down for customers. 9/10

Waited over 3 hours for a delivery, had to cancel in the end, as it was going to take a total of 4 hours to complete the order. The worst takeaway experience ever.

Just had a take away from here we found it on just eat and when we went onto it’s own website we found a discount code and small delivery charge What amazing food great portions , not oily and wonderful flavours! We got the Balti and karai sauces thick. We were emailed a delivery time and it came to the exact minute . Thank you We will order again

It was Christmas Eve and my wife and I decided to order takeout and watch a movie. Since we knew many others would have the same idea, we placed our order online at 4:35pm, shortly after the restaurant opened. The estimated delivery time was 40 minutes, so we expected it to take longer, which was fine. However, after waiting for 90 minutes, I called the restaurant to inquire about our order. I was informed that the food was out for delivery and would arrive in 5 minutes, but I should have called instead of ordering online. After waiting another 20 minutes with no sign of the food, I called again and was told to call back in ten minutes for a refund. When I called back, I was informed that the driver was only a minute or two away. Finally, after 2 hours and 15 minutes, the driver arrived. He mentioned that he had only received the food ten minutes ago and could not give me a refund. Despite the long wait and poor communication, the food was decent overall, with the exception of the worst chips I've ever had and slightly overcooked king prawns for my wife. However, the tandoori chicken was excellent. The lesson learned is to avoid ordering online from this restaurant and instead call ahead and pick up the food yourself to avoid potentially poor customer service. Once they have your money, they may not prioritize customer satisfaction.

Ordered some food from this place. Got a delivery window of 1 hour. After 1 hour and 15 min had passed we called the restaurant and were told that it would be another 30-45 min. The order had obviously been missed. No apologies or nothing.
