Pizza Guys - Livermore

Ordered online for pickup tonight, I understand? Halloween and busy, but if I'm there and you tell me it'll take 5 minutes, then it'll be another 15-20 minutes. So I ran the kids home so they didn't have to sit there and when I came back to the restaurant, they were told they were just doing it. Don't lie to me and say it'll be done soon if you didn't even start it.

I just need to leave a five-star review for the pizzeries in Livermore and Crew and especially Lori. There was a mixup on a transaction that was at my end and NOT THEIRS. She did it right and went beyond what I expected. I could really appreciate that. Just a great job and thanks!

Tonight ordered my pizza at 5:51 pm online. Said it was 30 minutes. Arrived at 6:20pm and didn't get my pizza will 6:38pm. No apologies for late and initially was told I was early too!

I recently ordered from this pizza guys location and I had a little mess up on my order which was unfortunate. I reached out and got a very fast response from the store manager, Lori, sorry if I spelt that wrong. She was incredibly professional helpful and understanding in resolving my issue. She seemed very genuine and kind with her words and tone, Thank you again.
