Avoid unless you like to WAIT!!! Would give ZERO stars if I could.Waited 40 minutes and order still wasn’t ready, for a refund and left. There was other patrons that were visibly frustrated as their wait times seem to exceeded even mine.Also, when arrived all red bean and waffles weren’t available.

The taste of home!Ordered Hot Grass Jelly Soup, very tasty! Highly recommended!

Really bad experience!The cashier is really rude and had us waited for almost 30 mins to get the pickup food.The group who ordered later than me got the food before us. I suspect the cashier lost my order on purpose!!!!!The drink is warm and the read bean was not well cooked. Not worthy at all!!!!!!!

Worst meet fresh store! Red bean soup is cold and like water. The beans were hard as not boiled well. Definitely will not come back!

Was really excited to see a store open up in Livermore however this was the most disappointing experience I've ever had at Meet Fresh that make hesitant to return. First of all, there were multiple people in line to order however there was no one to order from. The store associates did not even care to help us. We waited nearly 30 minutes to order from the computer with limited options. At the minimum should have someone greet customers and help explain the menu if we are ordering this way.Ordered hot taro soup B which ended up being a bowl of lukewarm water with hard /barely cooked red beans, hard barely cooked unsweetened taro pieces, 8 pieces of taro balls and NO boba. When I picked up the order I asked the store associate about why there were barely any toppings. He responded that they were merely on the bottom of the bowl. This was a waste of $11 as we could barely stomach the food. Meet Fresh, please do better if you are continuing to expand. Train your employees right and improve the quality of your food and service. Consumers, do not be fooled- this establishment is currently making a fortune selling overpriced low quality desserts. Moreover this does a disservice to those who come wanting to try Taiwanese desserts/culture.
