It's a shame, such a nice shop and in a very good location to have such service. We ordered 4 hot teas and waited 50 minutes. The girl's response after a full 50 minutes was that in 1 minute we will have been served. Of course we were never served. It should be noted that it was not so crowded that the delay of 50 minutes for the tea could be justified only if you were collecting it from the mountain at that time. Long story short, when we mentioned it again to another kid they brought us our take away tea and we left.

We went as a group of 7 adults and 5 children, we ordered coffees, chocolates and toast, an hour after we sat down, an unacceptable person came to tell us that we are holding the tables and that he has nowhere to put people and because the children had gone to the cribs he wanted to take our table.
