Even giving a star is too beautiful. this filiale is so badly managed that they let children of high school, who are so stoned out of their mind, work their without any kind of open-minded. subway should not be high quality, but the service of willing and another child who did not wear a name sign was shameful. I will never go to this place again because the absolutely insulting service level I have received. I couldn't remember anything I asked, had to repeat myself several times between the two young, the sneaking and giggling about who knows what, and the fact that they didn't have a cup lid available. when I asked if they could get bigger lids for me, I was hit with more incredible imagination, just to say they didn't have more. I didn't want to go home and keep a big capless drink I proposed, maybe I could take two medium-sized cups for the drink I already poured, simply because lids were available, I was again with respect and help one unwilling. pity, who manages this load. Metro should be easy and fast and in no case has this location something to offer. and no one worth time.
Ordered two sandwiches online via their app to be ready at 12:30. I was in the restaurant at 12:30 and they didn't even begin to make the sandwiches. I said they would be made immediately by the male cash, but the female sandwiches just continued to make sandwiches for the people in the line! I asked her to cancel the order and refund it. they said they couldn't give a refund and I should use the app they can't do.
I've been here almost every week for six months. I could get to know some of the short timer and my food has always been well done. I'm sure I'm coming in and not ordering to pick up the delivery. recently however, the personal turns around, lack of products and the latest brand new brunette workers with spinnen wimpern and a bad attitude has completely gone away from going back. not only was she rude, but she threw up my cheese, burned him at the time and never saw me with any kind of attention on the customer service. please get this right or let another willing company take you to their place. it is at least disappointing.
I just left this Subway after being threatened by one staff member. I attempted to use a BOGO coupon but saw told by I believe was the manager that this store doesn’t take that coupon. She said there is a small sign on the counter. After I paid, I walked over to the counter to look at the sign in the event there were other coupons not allowed. The man who made my sandwiches said “do you think were lying”. I said I’m looking to see if anything else is not accepted. He repeated his statement, and I said “nice way to treat a customer. This guy actually said “do you want to step outside with me to fix this”. He refused to give me his name and when I asked to speak with the manager all three employees ignored me. Obviously I will no longer do business at the 3996 Red Cedar Dr A-2 in Hylands Ranch store again.
