Bidrage med feedbackToday, when I went through the drive-thru, Aiden greeted me and took my order. He welcomed me again as I picked up my coffee at the window. His warmth was evident, and I could really feel his smile through the speaker. Seeing his smile in person at the window was a true pleasure! He was incredibly friendly! Even though I didn't have cash on me, I wanted to find a way to tip him because I genuinely appreciated his positive energy. Aiden told me not to worry about it, saying, "They pay us really well." Wow! Who says that except someone who is truly happy in their job? His enthusiasm inspired me so much that I ended up buying a drink for the lady behind me. Thank you, Aiden, for being amazing!
This Starbucks location is fantastic! It can get pretty busy, but the service is always fast and friendly. They have a drive-thru, and there's ample indoor space for working, reading, or just unwinding.
The restaurant has a pleasantly calm ambiance, although the tables are rather close together. The staff is friendly and personable, and they remember your name. I ordered the new cloud cold brew cinnamon macchiato, which looked great, but I needed to add some extra sweetener to suit my taste.
This was my first disappointing experience at this location. I brought my own Starbucks tumbler and specifically requested that it be used instead of a paper cup, but it was left sitting on the counter. I understand that miscommunications can occur, and I take some responsibility for that. However, I waited nearly 20 minutes for the second part of my order after receiving my coffee. I was told that my chocolate croissant would be ready shortly, but I received no further updates from the employee I approached for assistance with the toaster oven. After waiting another five minutes without any progress, I had to leave as I needed to return to work. I know the service industry can be quite busy, but a lack of communication leading to order issues creates unnecessary confusion. As a former service worker, I understand the challenges, but this experience was quite frustrating.
The review has been updated to mention that employees are now parking further away from the best spots next to the store, which is an improvement—thank you for that! However, it's crucial for employees to continue parking at the back of the lot, as many of them still occupy the prime parking spaces each day. This practice creates inconvenience for customers who are trying to come in and out quickly.
